Dr. Jay believes that we need to invest in our children’s education and implement the Blueprint for Maryland’s Future to create a progressive learning environment for every child in our school system, because students of all ages deserve full and fair access to an internationally competitive high-quality public education that meets the demands of the 21^st century workplace.
